In this role as Global Account Manager - Engagement, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving engagement and growth across multiple regions.

About the Position
  • As a Global Account Manager - Engagement, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to maximize engagement ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
  • You will leverage market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform engagement strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement plans, aligning with client goals and objectives while enhancing brand reputation and loyalty.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in account management, preferably within a global or regional capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
