International ecommerce cross border parcel delivery specialist looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager, based anywhere in the UK. The strategic account manager role is to maintain and develop business within a specific group of Strategic account customers including a large tier 1 retailer, through proactive account management. To develop strong relationships with key decision makers and identify and close opportunities for value added solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consistently maintain and grow the revenue of the designated strategic account customer base whilst achieving the agreed targets set.
  2. Provide a high level of customer care and retention.
  3. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers across the whole client base.
  4. Negotiate, manage, and implement agreed commercial agreements ensuring additional business is gained or protect existing business to achieve targets.
  5. Create and implement strategic business plans ensuring we have an in-depth understanding of our customer needs, opportunities, challenges, and risks.
  6. Proactively maximise all revenue opportunities from existing customers by ensuring they are aware of the full range of services.
  7. Ensure all designated customers receive proactive contact within the agreed call cycle along with CS & Account management QBR packs to be presented at monthly & quarterly business reviews.
  8. Respond quickly and efficiently to any competitor threat through building strong and meaningful relationships.
  9. Identify and recommend to management any service enhancement initiatives to meet our client's needs and ensure all business opportunities are maximised.
  10. Become knowledgeable about our customers and their industry.
  11. Support lead sourcing and prospecting for new customers, self-sourcing, and management of internal data sources.
  12. Manage data for all clients in CRM, ensuring all information is logged, accurate and completed daily.
