About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our Rental business set-up, focusing on developing a rental market presence, managing key account relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rental Market Development: Create and optimize rental market opportunities to enhance competitiveness and meet customer needs.
  • Key Account Management: Engage existing key accounts and acquire new customers, expanding rental opportunities within corporate and industrial segments.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Support and monitor rental business growth within the Sales team, driving additional activities to maximize adoption.
  • Service Team Collaboration: Oversee maintenance services, ensuring timely repairs, quick response times, and efficient machine refurbishing and replacements.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to manage payment flow, maintain profitability, and ensure overall rental business financial health.
  • Fleet Optimization: Enhance machine rotation and lifecycle management to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
