Digital Account Manager - Client Services Expert

At CPS Group (UK) Limited, we're seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to join our Client Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and experience in managing advertising campaigns from planning to invoicing.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and be comfortable prioritizing multiple incoming requests with overlapping deadlines. They will work closely with sales and buyers to build and revise media plans that maximize revenue and meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide pre-sale guidance and technical requirements for advertising opportunities
  2. Work with sales teams to develop media plans that drive revenue growth
  3. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  4. Analyse key metrics to optimize campaign performance
  5. Ensure full delivery of contracted revenue across the book of business

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in advertising/marketing agency or vendor
  • Familiarity with media planning and management of multi-platform campaigns
  • Basic competency in campaign management systems
  • Experience working with large multinational companies and complex processes
