We're seeking an experienced Global Talent Sourcer to join our International Recruitment Team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various regions. Your mission is to develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract exceptional candidates quickly, ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and build relationships with top candidates, connecting their motivations with opportunities.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with Leaders Worldwide to understand their unique needs and develop targeted recruitment approaches.
- Hiring Process Management: Leverage our ATS (SmartRecruiters) to manage every stage of the hiring journey, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with key teams like People Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and IT to create an outstanding hiring experience across regions.
- Experience working as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment
- Passion for engaging with people and sharing our energy & love for working at Unit4
- You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment
- An interest / experience in employer branding activities
- You are social media savvy and know how to digitally connect and excite others
- You are tech savvy and know your way around systems, tools and applications
- You are fluent in English, spoken and written. Other European languages are a big advantage
