Senior Business Analyst with French Language Skills

As a Senior Business Analyst with French language skills, you will work on various projects aimed at supporting clients, both Investors and Corporate, in decision-making. You will work in close collaboration with the department's consultants to provide the most optimal solutions to our clients' real estate issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the completion of RFP submissions, undertaking pre-sales research, and leading scoping exercises with stakeholders to clearly align on deliverables, key strategic response elements, and value propositions that differentiate JLL's offering.
- Develop first baseline draft RFP responses, pulling baselines from proposal databases and baseline libraries, and develop second-level draft RFP responses after incorporating inputs and feedback from Business Stakeholders.
- Oversee and participate in the development of bid presentations, in coordination with Business Stakeholders and Graphic Design Team, and identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, updating baselines with new content.
- Support the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials, developing, owning, and continuously improving materials on the platform, ensuring all content is accurate and current.
- Develop strong relationships with the Design team to create JLL-branded proposals, presentations, and baseline business line templates, and establish and uphold quality standards, meeting SLA metrics.
- Work with the Head of the Proposal Centre of Excellence/Team Lead to proactively implement process improvements to ensure higher productivity and increased efficiency levels.
Requirements:
- Generalist education at a Bachelor's or Master's level (Business School or University), with previous professional experience in similar roles in the real estate, consulting, and/or marketing sectors.
- Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
- Comfortable with public speaking, attention to detail, and excellent editing, proofreading, and quality control capability.
- Strong influencing skills to build partnerships across different points of the business, a self-starter with strong project management skills, and ability to balance several projects at once, prioritizing workload and working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to produce work independently, with precision, and excellent analytical and synthesis skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and proficiency in formatting/design will be a plus.
