Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction by providing professional support and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Solving tickets submitted by customers and offering them necessary assistance regarding our services and products
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and recommending the best solutions to their problems
  • Promoting the company's good image among its customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and tickets in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Coordinating actions with colleagues from other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in customer support, sales support, or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English at B2 level or higher
  • Able to approach customers creatively and provide innovative solutions
  • Fast response time to new challenges and ability to work under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including Mondays to Sundays
  • Oriented towards efficient teamwork
