About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our team at BrainRocket Poland. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our company. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage and refine the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on candidate sourcing and attraction. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
