Job Overview

The role of the Strategic Supply Chain Manager at Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. involves overseeing the development and execution of short-term and long-term plans and strategies to ensure a high level of service for sales units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulating investment proposals pertaining to factory capacity and network optimization.
  • Ensuring adaptability and interchangeability in production across factory networks.
  • Analyzing market forecasts, identifying risks, and leveraging opportunities to inform supply network decisions.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various departments to integrate network plans with overarching business objectives.
  • Handling complex production issues and making informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or Pharma industry.
  • The ability to build effective connections with European factories.
  • Practical ability to handle crisis situations such as stock shortages.
  • High resilience to stress and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to develop as a team manager.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, minimum level B2+.
