Join our Sales Team at SAP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our sales team at SAP SE. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging knowledge of their requirements and value commitments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead designated territories, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Deliver comprehensive business plans addressing customer and prospects' priorities and pain points.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in complex business software/IT solutions sales.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience leading teams in a team-selling environment.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Polish Central Government institutions.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  • Business-level English.
  • Polish - Fluent.
