Logistics Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Expert to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for managing orders through the complete delivery cycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of service parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert in service parts logistics, responsible for managing orders and resolving issues related to delivery and returns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Responsible for order entry, logistics, and commercial checks, ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations.
  • Identify process improvements and develop solutions to implement these changes.
  • Train and mentor new team members on process and IT topics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or service organization, preferably in order fulfillment.
  • Strong computer skills, including SAP, Office 365, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and structured problem-solving solutions.
  • Experience in transportation and shipping.
  • Economical knowledge, especially in supply chain management.
  • Experience in improving processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on logistics or a similar field.
