Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will lead strategic commercial planning by aligning promotional activities with broader business objectives. You will oversee the implementation of a modern Product Information Management (PIM) solution, ensuring ongoing management, improvements, and operational setup for digitized product stock management.
Collaborating with marketing, planning, buying, operation, and design teams, you will develop cohesive and effective promotional strategies. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic commercial planning by aligning promotional activities with broader business objectives;
- Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions;
- Oversee the implementation of a modern PIM solution;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies;
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Continuously evaluate and improve commercial planning processes;
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for promotional activities;
- Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Establish and standardize commercial planning workflows.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A higher education degree (Master's preferred);
- Minimum of 8 years of professional working experience, ideally with a mix of industry, consulting, or software house backgrounds;
- Proven ability to manage both ongoing business operations and newly built teams;
- Experience with modern PIM solutions and understanding of e-commerce technologies;
- Familiarity with commercial teams focused on promotional and pricing strategies;
- Strong business and technical acumen;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional team environments;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
