About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our team at Philips International.

This role involves performing administrative and payroll tasks for employees in the UK and Ireland, including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration in line with country payroll calendars and global guidelines.
  • Processing changes in employment life-cycle, including new hires, transfers, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll in Workday and other HR systems.
  • Preparing employment documentation, generating reports, and supporting HR Advisors with complex queries.
  • Liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and People Managers to investigate employee cases and perform internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master degree required.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) essential.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies, with experience in payroll an asset.
  • Familiarity with Workday/SAP HR system and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize workload, and work in a changing environment.
