Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing personnel & payroll data, preparing employment documentation, generating reports, and handling confidential information. Other key responsibilities include liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and People Managers to investigate particular employees' cases. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors, external providers, and supporting departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and be fluent in English. Experience in payroll is a plus, as well as familiarity with HR processes and policies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role. Lastly, maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information is vital.
