About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in TN Poland. As a Corporate Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient work environment for colleagues and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documentation
- Coordinate office events, including catering, vendors, and decorations
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to address employee concerns
- Maintain a standardized and well-maintained office environment
- Coordinate IT equipment shipments and manage vendor relationships
- Order office supplies and develop administrative procedures
- Handle purchase requisitions and set up new vendors in the system

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration (nice to have)
- Able to work five days a week from the office
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
