About the Job Description

This role requires an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a smooth store operation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a world-class customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment by overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Team Support: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.

About You

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of retail management experience is preferred.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You have basic computer skills and are proficient in using POS systems.
  • You understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and can analyze sales reports to strategically problem-solve.
  • You are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
