We're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Brent, London.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.

**Job Responsibilities:**
You'll be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and general HR operations. Your key tasks will include:
**Recruitment Support:**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Advertise job openings on popular platforms.
- Conduct telephone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Organise recruitment events and job fairs.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees.
**Onboarding and Training:**
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes.
- Coordinate essential training sessions.
- Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance.
**HR Administration and Employee Relations:**
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Support employee relations cases through note-taking and documentation.
- Help organise company events and engagement activities.
**General HR and Office Administration:**
- Process expense reimbursements.
- Manage travel arrangements and Oyster cards for staff.
- Organise meal arrangements for colleagues as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
