Key Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Dutch and B2 level in English.
  • Able to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
