About this role:

The People Services team is a critical component of our organization, providing support to employees and managers across various regions. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume queries related to rewards, benefits, payroll, and other People Services issues
  • Gather required information to resolve queries efficiently and effectively
  • Use process knowledge to educate colleagues on portal navigation and other People Services tools
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and provide end-to-end customer support
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance and customer experience
  • Advise on HR policy, including paternity, maternity, shared parental leave, and flexible working applications
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR administration in the DACH region
  • Proactive and inclusive approach to delivering under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with HR systems and case management processes is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2), German (B2) is an asset
