People Services Associate

The People Services Contact Centre is a critical team that supports employees and managers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a key member of this team, you will be the first point of contact for People Services, responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with colleagues and managers, providing accurate and timely customer service, and resolving HR transactions and administration within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling high-volume queries related to rewards, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and other People Service-related issues.
- Gathering all required information at the first point of contact to ensure that colleague queries can be resolved at the earliest opportunity with minimal handoffs.
- Using process knowledge to support and educate colleagues on portal navigation and other People Services tools to reduce re-occurrence of queries in the future.
- Ensuring service level agreements are met and providing end-to-end customer support resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the delivery of Core Services initiatives and activities.
- Taking part in continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve performance of the team, and the experience of colleagues and managers using the service.
- Advising on HR policy, including Paternity, Maternity, Shared Parental Leave, and Flexible Working applications, Absence, and Payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HR administration in the DACH region.
- A proactive and inclusive approach to delivering under pressure.
- Strong organisation skills, with a sharp focus on detail.
- Ability to multi-task, deal with competing priorities, and self-manage workloads.
- Experience of HR systems and case management processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2), German (B2) is extra value.
