Management Systems Specialist

At BA Glass Poland Sp. z o.o., we are seeking an experienced Management Systems Specialist to join our team in implementing, maintaining, and improving our integrated management systems.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements;
• Coordinating risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement;
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our management systems;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of our management systems;
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to enhance our processes and systems.

We require a degree from a recognized university and advanced knowledge of the English language. Experience in management systems, preferably ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001, is essential. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is also required.
