Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Systems Supervisor - Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at BA Glass Poland Sp. z o.o.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.
  • They will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring our management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About You

  • You hold a university degree and have advanced knowledge of the English language.
  • You have experience with management systems and possess a strong understanding of quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • You are available for travel, with an estimated 50% of your time spent on business trips.
