Management Systems Improvement Specialist

As a Management Systems Improvement Specialist at BA Glass Poland Sp. z o.o., you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our integrated management systems.

• Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the Plant.
• Work under the Corporate coordination and contribute to the general performance of BA Group giving inputs and informing about best practices in place in the plant.
• Support the plant ́s departments, to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards and legal Environmental requirements
• Prepare and attend internal and external audits. Perform root cause analysis to deviations and support all the departments on this task, identifying corrective actions and ensuring adequate follow-up and effectiveness evaluation.
