Role Purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to users across the EMEA region.
- Resolve IT incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in English, German, and optionally Polish.
- A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Desirable Requirements:
- ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
- Experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.
