Job Description:

Role Purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users across the EMEA region.
  • Resolve IT incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, German, and optionally Polish.
  • A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Desirable Requirements:

  • ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
  • Experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.
