Service Desk Agent with Italian and English

First point of contact for end-users in various IT cases - be a hero and brighten a day at work of end users

Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support — via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence - be the hero
- Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system - always on track
- Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems - be their right hand
- Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions - extremely rewarding
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here
- Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software.
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - teamwork is dream work
- Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 8 pm from the office in Wrocław.
- Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro
- Experience in IT support or a customer service environment is a plus
- Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be gorgeous
