About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing efforts and local marketing managers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency, create marketing collateral, and manage incoming requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage a brand toolkit and library of materials to enable local teams to drive sales and engagement.
  • Receive, evaluate, and prioritize inbound marketing requests to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with local and regional team members to support relevant marketing initiatives and provide necessary resources.
  • Assist various business units in creating and updating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Source and coordinate with external vendors to produce high-quality materials when requested.
About You

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, real estate, or hospitality. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects with remote teams. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are a must. Bonus points if you're familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot and design software like Canva.
