As a Demo Experience Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in bringing our products to life, ensuring our sales team has the tools they need to succeed, and delivering exceptional demo experiences at tradeshows and events.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and execution of Scandit demo experiences from concept to delivery.
  • Set up and test demo apps to ensure they're ready for tradeshows and product videos.
  • Brief the design agency and manage the delivery of demo visuals, as well as source and test demo props.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product Management, Industry Solutions, Product Marketing, Event, Brand, and Video teams to define and deliver compelling demo experiences.
  • Coordinate and support the training and enablement of the sales team.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record of managing projects effectively from start to finish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a 'get the job done' mindset.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and use software tools.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Thrives on collaboration and enjoys working with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Not afraid to get hands-on with technology and software and are willing to learn about how our products and their demos work.
  • Solid oral and written English skills.
