About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Analyst to join our team at EcoVadis. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing and reporting on the quality and robustness of sustainability management systems of companies from around the world.

Your primary responsibility will be to apply the EcoVadis methodology, built on rigorous international Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards and frameworks, to analyze a company's management system documentation. You will become an expert in this methodology and work independently to assess companies' sustainability management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess a company's management system documentation, applying the EcoVadis methodology during the entire analysis process
  • Extract and synthesize material sustainability data related to environmental, social, ethics, and supply chain
  • Follow up with rated companies when needed, to clarify specific issues related to their assessment
  • Review regularly updates regarding EcoVadis methodology and apply them to the assessment process
  • Complete quality checks during the assessment process
  • Work on daily targets
  • Confirm the implementation of a rated company's sustainability management system components using the EcoVadis methodology guidelines

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in sustainability or a related field. You should have a minimum of 6 months of professional experience and be fluent in English. Other languages are a plus, and proficiency in G-Suite applications is required.

You should be able to demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and autonomously. You should also be able to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
