About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team at EcoVadis. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing and reporting on the quality and robustness of sustainability management systems of companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the EcoVadis methodology to assess and report on the sustainability management systems of companies.
  • Extract and synthesize material sustainability data related to environmental, social, ethics, and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with rated companies to clarify specific issues related to their assessment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EcoVadis methodology updates and apply them to the assessment process.
  • Conduct quality checks during the assessment process.
  • Work on daily targets and confirm the implementation of a rated company's sustainability management system components using the EcoVadis methodology guidelines.
What You Will Learn

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of sustainability, including the EcoVadis methodology. You will receive training and support from our team of experts, and you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience, preferably in a related field such as sustainability or sustainable development.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and oral) - other languages are a plus.
  • High proficiency in German is a great asset.
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work independently and autonomously, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help.
  • Ability to work to daily targets.
  • Being adaptable to change.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness.
  • Collaborative and seeks to build trusting relationships.
