You will work closely with the team to identify shortage parts on outstanding sales orders, follow up with suppliers, and monitor KPI levels. Effective communication is essential, using ticketing systems and online meetings to ensure timely resolution.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, business, or logistics, and good written and verbal English skills. SAP basics would be an asset.

- Identify shortage parts on outstanding sales orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Monitor KPI levels and take actions to improve the level of outstanding sales orders.

- Prepare regular or on-request reports and analyses.
- Organize and lead meetings with affiliates to ensure fluent supply of parts and solve issues if they occur.
