Description

We are a pioneering technology leader driving industrial digitalization. Our Technology Center offers cutting-edge software and expertise to help asset-intensive industries solve complex challenges. To strengthen our Polish Operation Center team, we seek a Technical Tender Specialist with exceptional engineering skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project activities to achieve objectives.
  2. Assume responsibility for hardware, third-party software, or Cyber Security requirements of the proposed solution.
  3. Respond to customer specifications regarding hardware and third-party software aspects.
  4. Prepare tender documentation outlining hardware and third-party delivery, and limiting the scope of work.
  5. Estimate hardware and third-party software cost estimates, including time for mounting, installation, and configuration of the system.
  6. Identify and quantify technical and project implementation risks.
  7. Be responsible for implementation effort estimates, expenses, and contractors.
  8. Develop a competitive hardware/system solution strategy meeting customer requirements, in cooperation with pre-sales and Tech Lead.
  9. Analyze technical risks and project implementation risks.

Requirements:

  • Professional working experience in similar roles such as sales, key account management, technical lead, or other roles with documented experience offering complex systems, including software, hardware, and service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant employment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of commercial database management products, especially Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • An understanding of cyber security best practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate internal and external teams.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCADA, EMS, or DMS systems or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Prior experience in a presale role, offering preparation including HW/SW solutions.
  • Experience with HW equipment configuration (servers, workstations, etc.) and 3rd party software integration and configuration.
