Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of data compliance specialists to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality programs and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Central DC team to provide continuous oversight and ensure timely completion of eCRF data.
  • Provide innovative solutions and training to drive operational quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the department in Quality Management System (QMS) and quality control of data received from sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data compliance or a related field.
  • 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
  • Strong industry knowledge of quality compliance and data protection.
  • Advanced knowledge of SOPs, GCPs, and local/international regulations.
