About Our Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trader to join our team at Respect Energy Fuels. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute trading strategies that optimize business performance.
  • Conducting market research to analyze market trends, potential clients, and competitors to inform business decisions and contribute to the company's growth efforts.
  • Negotiating deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Becoming the main information source for counterparties you trade with by developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Responsible for achieving your own revenue target by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in either sales, trading, business development, or account management, ideally in the energy and gas sector.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related field.
  • Very good command of English, with other languages being considered an advantage.
