Healthcare Sales Representative

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Operating Room Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Travel regularly within the region and occasionally internationally to attend meetings and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Performance-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Native level of English language proficiency, with fluency in Polish.
