Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Expert to join our team at the MANITOU Group. This role involves building brand presence through social media, event support, content creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation:
  1. Manage and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Design engaging visuals, graphics, and videos using design tools.
  2. Monitor social media trends and metrics, adjusting strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Event Coordination & Support:
  1. Assist in organizing dealer meetings, trade fairs, and company events. Handle logistics, promotional materials, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Translation & Content Adaptation:
  1. Translate print and digital content, ensuring brand messaging is consistent across multiple languages (Polish/English) and markets.
Digital Tool Promotion:
  1. Assist in promoting and deploying digital tools like online catalogs and ordering systems. Drive customer engagement with targeted digital campaigns.
Cross-Department Support:
  1. Collaborate with Sales, After-Sales, and other departments to promote products such as spare parts and new machines. Create promotional materials and support internal marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
  1. Track social media campaign performance and event outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing job position.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva…).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in organizing events, digital marketing, and promoting digital tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Being fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in the industrial or machinery sector would be a plus.
