Senior Salesforce Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Chabre IT Services Sp. z.o.o. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business needs and operate at optimal performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Enhancement: Take ownership of ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business needs and operate at optimal performance levels.
  • Platform Upgrades: Lead the analysis, development, and configuration of platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Releases), ensuring seamless integration of changes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the system, ensuring clarity and accuracy across all processes.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and encouraging technical growth within the team.
  • Initiatives: Drive initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing improvements to the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on enhancing both functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring the ability to develop scalable and efficient code.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, with advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in advanced Salesforce data modeling, management, and best practices for security.
  • Implementation and management of Salesforce integrations, with a solid grasp of various integration platforms and patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Use of Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure high system performance and reliability.
  • Proven experience in supporting IT projects in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English skills.
