Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Support Developer to join our team.

Job Description

This role will involve providing first-line support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them promptly.

You will be responsible for managing and triaging support tickets, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.

A typical day will include performing root cause analysis on recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.

You will also make simple configuration changes within the Salesforce platform as needed.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and address user needs and system requirements is essential.

You will assist in the deployment of new features and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Maintaining system documentation and user guides is crucial.

You will ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.

Monitoring system performance and suggesting improvements to enhance user experience is a key responsibility.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Application certifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Salesforce application support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and related applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data management and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working on debugging Apex Code and lightning component.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow tool
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

About the Role

This is a highly competitive role with a very attractive salary level of 120,000 PLN per year.
