Our Product

Our product empowers our customers with complete control over their sportsbooks, enabling them to personalize their offerings and improve their performance by utilizing unique and accurate fair value odds derived from live streaming data.

We are looking for an experienced talent to join our R&D group and contribute to the development of a data retrieval system adept at collecting diverse information through APIs, WebSockets, and scraping.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Developer with quality engineering experience to join our team. As a team player, you will collaborate with other Developers, Product Managers, QA, System Architects, and Tech Leaders to solve complex problems in a simple way.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the development and deployment process of robust, scalable backend services
  • Collaborating with system architects, data scientists, and product managers to define and implement business logic and data models
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior engineers to elevate code quality across the team
  • Staying informed about new backend technologies and assessing their usability for current and future projects
  • Establishing good relationships with teammates and partners, understanding requirements, creating code, automatic tests, and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade services
  • Sound experience in C# .Net Core
  • Proficiency in real-time messaging systems and technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Good understanding of containerized architecture such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Finished studies in a technical field like computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related area
  • Very good English both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode

Nice to have:

  • Experience in frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Powershell
How We Work

We work in self-organizing Scrum teams, with a focus on test writing and code refactoring. We prioritize technological debt and code quality, and plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks using OKRs. We communicate in English with our partners and in Polish internally.
