Commercial Finance Manager with French, Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with sales and functions leaders to provide strategic finance support and drive commercial growth.
  2. BUILD EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND ENSURE PROPER COORDINATION TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  3. Collaborate with market Sales AVP to devise a market strategy aligned with divisional goals and objectives.
  4. DEVELOP EXECUTION STRATEGY WITH MARKET LEADERSHIP TO ENABLE THE ORGANIZATION IN ACHIEVING DESIRED RESULTS WITH HIGH PASSION AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
  5. Drive business performance in partnership with local management teams to deliver financial plan commitments.
  6. Provide financial support in commercial areas such as deal analysis, contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy, and execution.
  7. Drive financial & business analysis to support Sr. Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings, and monthly financial reviews.
  8. PROMOTE COMMERCIAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT TOWARDS BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial statements flow and accounting processes in the industry.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data.
  4. A self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
  5. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and French.
