**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Replenishment Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing manufactured finished goods to Distribution Centers based on forecast input by local demand planners.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate with Production Planners and Demand Planners to ensure timely delivery of products to Distribution Centers.
  • Utilize Advanced Planning Optimizer to leverage system capabilities and share best practices across end users.
  • Review and communicate Advanced Planning Optimizer alert messages to production planners.
  • Provide regular Out of Stock reporting and take follow-up actions on the replenishment side as applicable.
  • Outline and challenge discrepancies between total subcategory demand and actual sales trends to avoid unnecessary inventory buildup or overcommitment in production planning.
  • Coordinate replenishment of product launches, re-launches, and product discontinuation.
  • Maintain relevant master data.
  • Achieve customer-focused Key Performance Indicators while managing inventory and distribution costs.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply planning.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel/Access).
  • Practical knowledge of Google Tools (Gmail, Google sheets, Google drive).
  • Autonomous, results-oriented, promoting teamwork, problem-solving.
  • Project management, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP APO experience is an advantage.
