About the Role

Markem-Imaje, a trusted global manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join their Value Chain Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining the industrial strategy for product lines, designing supply chain solutions, and implementing continuous improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions for product lines, leveraging Value Stream Mapping methodology to achieve optimal balance between total cost, service level, and risk reduction.
  • Perform detailed supply chain analysis and evaluate industrial scenarios based on comprehensive KPIs, including service level, landed cost, working capital, and industrial footprint.
  • Extract, analyze, and compile data using SAP ERP and SAP BW, ensuring alignment with the company's global supply chain development strategy.
  • Present options and recommendations to top management for validation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Process Engineering teams to define cost structures, build business cases, and calculate NPV.
  • Document, maintain, and update logistics flows, ensuring close linkages with master data, transport, and trade compliance.
  • Participate in value chain reengineering projects for current product lines and new product introductions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Engineering, with specialization in Finance.
  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering or Value Stream Mapping.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional projects and teams, both on-site and remotely.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and calculations.
  • Deep understanding of financial and business issues.
  • Proficient in Excel and other office tools.
  • Good knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (BW, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (at least B2 level).
