Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Product Visionary to lead our product development, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth through strategic product planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, and Solutions, to design and deliver products that meet business objectives.
  • Lead product discovery and ideation sessions to identify opportunities and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
  • Analyze data from various sources to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Foster high-trust relationships with stakeholders, including Engineering Partners and Product Teams, to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the launch of new capabilities end-to-end, ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in product management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, track, and deliver on commitments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make decisions based on data and customer needs, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with multiple functional areas, including Project Management, Engineering, and UX/UI.
