As a Product Owner at Equiniti, you will play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with the Product Manager and Platform Engineering teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product features and conduct requirements analysis/design, as well as needs assessment
  • Contribute to defining product vision, goals, success measures, and roadmap for the team
  • Accountable for the prioritization of user stories and delivering product change, ensuring alignment to the roadmap and strategic objectives set by the Product Line
  • Leverage working knowledge of business systems, broader industry requirements, and practical implications of enhancements to support product priorities and integration with overall architecture platforms
  • Undertake comprehensive analysis and detailed user requirements for features by exploring potential solutions, improvements to end-to-end customer experiences, and impacts on business process
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative research to assess the value of products and features in line with proposition priorities
  • Document requirements/user stories; gather input from a variety of internal stakeholders and external resources/stakeholders
  • Assimilate complex detailed problems and translate them into easily digestible content or stories for cross-functional team members
  • Update stakeholders and teams on the performance of products and use data to inform product recommendations and decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive the vision for specific product areas
  • Understand what KPIs are most valuable to the business and deliver measurable impact on them

Requirements:

  • Any graduation preferably Engineering
  • Significant Product Ownership experience in a software/product development
  • Proven experience of interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery
