About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Marketing Strategist to drive market awareness, engagement, and product adoption for our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key use cases, and customer needs, to serve as a subject matter expert on Billtrust's value propositions, core capabilities, and market landscape.
  • Create and execute marketing plans that drive market awareness, engagement, and product adoption, leveraging various mediums such as webinars, website content, videos, and more.
  • Manage the execution of go-to-market initiatives and align product initiatives across the customer lifecycle in partnership with Revenue Marketing.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by driving awareness and promotion of Billtrust products and solutions, utilizing various mediums to reach a wider audience.
  • Support sales enablement strategy by creating and maintaining high-value sales tools, such as pitch decks, product solution guides, FAQs, and more, that effectively communicate the vision and value of Billtrust products and facilitate the selling process.
  • Synthesize market, product, and customer insights to influence the roadmap and ensure a consistent, compelling customer experience in partnership with product management.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication and team player skills.
  • Demonstrable passion for marketing.
  • Responsible and accountable individual.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
