About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. as a Senior Consumer Engagement Strategist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global brand in the FMCG sector, developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase consumer engagement and drive brand loyalty
  • Design and execute strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Foster and enhance relationships with our target audience through personalized and engaging content, interactive campaigns, and effective communication strategies
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with brand goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on consumer engagement and brand management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes through consumer engagement initiatives
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
