Product Marketing Manager Role

At Billtrust, we're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive market awareness, engagement, and product adoption for our B2B order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key use cases, and customer needs, serving as a subject matter expert on Billtrust's value propositions, core capabilities, and market landscape.
  • Create and execute marketing plans that drive market awareness, engagement, and product adoption, aligning with our revenue marketing and creative services teams.
  • Manage the execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment across the customer lifecycle, in partnership with Revenue Marketing.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, driving awareness and promotion of Billtrust products and solutions through various mediums, such as webinars, website content, and videos.
  • Support sales enablement by creating and maintaining high-value sales tools, including pitch decks, product solution guides, FAQs, and other materials that effectively communicate the value of Billtrust products and facilitate the selling process.
  • Synthesize market, product, and customer insights to influence our product roadmap and ensure a consistent, compelling customer experience, in partnership with product management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrable passion for marketing.
  • Responsibility and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred.
