Obowiązki:
  • Projektowanie i realizacja zaawansowanych strategii testowych, w tym tworzenie szczegółowych planów testów, przypadków testowych oraz scenariuszy.
  • Głęboka analiza wymagań biznesowych, w tym dokładne zrozumienie potrzeb klienta i przełożenie ich na konkretne działania testowe.
  • Rozwój zespołu, w tym organizowanie szkoleń, mentoring i wspieranie rozwoju zawodowego członków zespołu.
  • Mentoring juniorów, w tym dzielenie się wiedzą i doświadczeniem z innymi członkami zespołu.
Wymagania:
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Testera Manualnego w projektach IT.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami, w tym minimum rok doświadczenia w prowadzeniu zespołów testerskich.
  • Certyfikat ISTQB lub podobny.
  • Znajomość podstawowych koncepcji automatyzacji testów oraz narzędzi takich jak Selenium, Cypress lub podobnych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodologii testowych oraz cyklu życia oprogramowania.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia oraz zdolność do samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
