We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in retail inventory management to fill the role of Compliance and Loss Prevention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Polish market by working closely with Store Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Global Business Services organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate stock management through data analysis, stock movement monitoring, and regular communication with external warehouses.
  • Managing annual and cycle stock takes by coordinating timelines, collaborating with vendors, and providing documentation to auditors.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to stock accuracy, ensuring compliance among stores.
  • Implementing new stock accuracy processes and creating new procedures as needed for new projects.
  • Delivering training sessions for Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers on stock management best practices.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A deep understanding of the retail industry and experience in analytical roles, particularly in stock management, reconciliation, or audit.
  • Excellent language skills in Polish and a high level of proficiency in English.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving, along with analytical skills and the ability to provide detailed report analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management, accounts receivable modules of ERP systems, dashboards, ticketing platforms, Power BI reports, and OMS systems would be beneficial.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, along with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
