About the Job

The Licensing Operations team at SAS is seeking a skilled Licensing Analyst to oversee and manage all aspects of software contract administration with customers. This is a fixed-term contract position lasting approximately 14 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess software contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and customer expectations.
  • Update internal customer databases and maintain associated documentation in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Proactively identify and resolve internal coordination issues to meet customer requirements within operational and legal parameters.
  • Apply knowledge of company policies and procedures to efficiently manage various types of contracts.

Requirements

  • Two years of related contract administration experience, preferably involving computer software or hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Developing professional expertise and applying acquired skills and company policies to resolve various issues.
