Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global HubSpot Manager to oversee the effective and secure use of the HubSpot platform within our organization. This standalone role will require the successful candidate to manage all aspects of the HubSpot account, provide strategic support to teams, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing HubSpot across multiple markets, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive business results.
  • Designing and automating processes within HubSpot, optimizing integrations, and managing our global Enterprise contract.
  • Staying up-to-date with new HubSpot features, introducing innovative solutions, and driving process improvements.
  • User account management and configuration, ensuring data quality and security.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot management, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills, with fluency in English (C1+).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
